Magazine rack

You have this beautiful leather bag and you only use it every now and again while travelling (and that's not often as it is not the right size and not the right colour, the handles are  just too small or too big for that travel). The rest of the time it lies in the storage among all the other bags. A friend of mine turned it into a classy magazine rack! I love the idea!

A different tv table

I love the idea of using concrete and wood planks to build up a tv table. No screws, no tools and no manual needed -  simplicity, utility, allure and beauty.

The new life of a wooden pallet

 

I love the trend to recycle materials from the trash or the back of a garage into beautiful and unique furniture. The rough material and the used surface give to it a zest of vintage look.
I wonder where this pallet has travelled, what it has carried as well as how it was retrieved or looked for, who painted it and who built it … and I dive into my happy happy land … I love this table …

Jewels, jewels, jewels ...

Every now and again I just go berserk trying to find a clever way to put my jewelry in such a way that I would actually find them easily. At the moment they are found in a few closed boxes. In the morning, I have the tendency to grab the same one.

This week, I came accross a couple of good ideas. Need to start decorating my bathroom or my bedroom - or both?

 

 

The long necklaces were decorating the bathroom wall - easy to pick the right colour and right length on your way out.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This time on the bedroom wall, the jewels are framed and steeling all the attention. Another way to find in a glance the one to spend the day or evening with.
